Challenge


Lakshyan Academy of Sports (Bengaluru) sought to launch itself as a world-class multi-sports training destination with integrated coaching, sports science, physiotherapy, and high-performance support. They needed a coherent go-to-market strategy that aligned website, brand positioning, and social media content to create impact at launch—and drive early awareness among families, youth athletes, and stakeholders Lakshyan Academy of SportsMyrtha Pools.


Approach


We developed a unified launch strategy to connect digital presence, messaging, and visual identity:

  • Defined the core brand promise: “everyone is a winner,” anchored to elite facilities and holistic athlete development Lakshyan Academy of SportsX (formerly Twitter).

  • Crafted the site architecture and site tone to highlight infrastructure, program breadth (e.g. swimming, badminton, basketball, physiotherapy centre, sports science), mission, and location credibility Lakshyan Academy of SportsMyrtha Pools.

  • Mapped social content to the launch calendar: teaser posts, facility showcases, founder stories, timelines culminating in “now launched” campaign.

  • Aligned visual language, colors, typography across website and social media to ensure a cohesive brand experience.


Execution

  • Designed and built a responsive website pre-launch countdown and live launch sections, with high-impact imagery of the world-class facilities, and dynamic flow for mission, programs, and inquiry form Lakshyan Academy of Sports.

  • Developed a phased social media roll-out on Instagram, Facebook, X—including pre-launch teasers, launch-day reveals, facility highlights, feature-based infographics—and brand-led storytelling hashtag (#EveryoneIsAWinner) Instagram+1X (formerly Twitter).

  • Ensured launch messaging integrated with website copy and social captions—covering scale of infrastructure (e.g., Myrtha Olympic pool, squash, shooting range, physio centre) and brand ethos of performance, accessibility, and sports science Lakshyan Academy of SportsMyrtha Pools.

  • Coordinated branding elements, including branded countdown meter, facility imagery, athlete-driven motion textures, and content alignment across all platforms.


Impact

  • Successfully introduced Lakshyan as a premium, multi-sports training destination, reinforcing confidence through professional visuals and unified brand voice.

  • The launch campaign generated strong awareness—landing Lakshyan in sports-ecosystem conversations via social media buzz and inbound website queries.

  • Established a scalable content system for ongoing activities, events, program promotions, and community engagement.
